Nuevos subsidios europeos para rehabilitación de viviendas en el Centro Yecla

The city of Yecla, through the local development department, presents a new Energy and Urban Rehabilitation Stimulus Program funded by the European Next Generation funds, within the «Neighborhood Regeneration Program (ERP) aimed at carrying out energy rehabilitation actions in family buildings and unique family homes included in the scheduled rehabilitation area (Yecla Centro – Phase I).

These aids are intended to Improve the energy efficiency of buildings and homes in the Yecla Centro environment as delimited in the accompanying plan. The program aims to improve the quality of life of residents, stimulate energy savings, and promote urban regeneration.

The aid can be requested by owners of single-family homes or residential buildings, homeowner associations, cooperatives, and even tenants with a landlord agreement; and even the application of companies or public entities is allowed.

Among the actions that can be subsidized are: Thermal insulation of facades, roofs, and external carpentry; Improvement of thermal facilities with systems such as aerothermal; Replacement of Halogen lighting with LED; Solar panels; or other actions to improve accessibility, conservation, and maintenance, as long as energy goals are achieved.

The grant can cover up to 80% of the costs depending on the energy savings achieved. The technical fees related to drafting necessary projects, memories, and justification reports will also be subsidized.

The regulations, fully approved by the end of March and published on April 8 in the Borm, allocate a total of 438,899 euros. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open for two months, until June 10, 2025.

Rehabilitation Office in the city of Yecla

The Yecla Local Council has made available to citizens a rehabilitation office to bring, inform, and advise on the different aids received in Europe for the rehabilitation of buildings and homes.
