During the session, council members inspected the construction of a new potable water reservoir, a key infrastructure project that will double the water storage capacity for the Urban Center in Jumilla.
Customer Satisfaction Report Reveals High Ratings
At the meeting, the data from the 2024 customer satisfaction report was presented, showcasing a high level of satisfaction among users. The study, conducted from July to December of last year through phone surveys, yielded an overall satisfaction rating of 8.42 out of 10, reinforcing the trust in Jumilla Waters.
Of the respondents, 78% described their satisfaction with the service as notable or outstanding, while 89% expressed their willingness to continue with Jumilla Waters if given the option. Additionally, the NPURES, which measure customer recommendation of the service, has increased to 43%, a significant improvement from previous years. In terms of specific service attributes, supply continuity scored an 8.82, and water pressure was rated at 8.39.
