On May 26, 2025, Mayor Fulgencio Gil Jódar of Lorca presided over this morning’s regular session of the municipal plenary of the city for May. The addressed points and the results of the appropriate votes were as follows:
1. Approval of previous sessions. Approved unanimously.
2. Statement of the decreases dictated by the mayor and the resolutions of deputy councilors.
3. The motion of the City Council regarding the appointment of representatives of the collegiate bodies of the corporation. Approved unanimously.

5 .. The main motion of the Prime Minister of Urban on the declaration of load things to build from Parcel 6, located at 7 and 9 Rubira Street, Apple 27, farm 6 of Pepri unanimously approved by unanimous vote.
6 .. The main motion of the Prime Minister of Urban regarding the Declaration of Load things to build from Parcel 7, located at 8 Rubira Street, Apple 28, farm 14 of Pepri approved unanimously.
7. Statement of the other budget account 2024.
8. The Motion of Economy and Finance of Donegar on the bonus requirement for construction, facilities, and works, in procedure 2025/ATLGEN-88. Approved with 15 votes in favor (PP+VOX) and 10 abstentions (PSOE+IU).
9. The Prime Minister’s motion from the Registry Control on the name of Park San Fernando Cartarie Park, Pintoro Morata de encaje, as «Fernando Roldán Soler» park. Approved unanimously.
10. The City Council motion regarding the composition of permanent information committees. Approved unanimously.
11. The City Council motion regarding the modification of the dedication regime of the members of the Municipal Corporation. Approved unanimously.
12. The popular municipal group motion regarding the modification of the application area of small emissions area. Approved with 15 votes in favor (PP+VOX) and 10 against (PSOE+IU).
13. The popular municipal group motion for the defense of the corresponding plan and its financing integrated by the government of Spain. Approved with 15 votes in favor (PP+VOX) and 10 against (PSOE+IU).
14. The popular municipal group motion regarding the modification of the rules for the exploitation of the Tajo-Segura transfer. Points 1, 2, 3, and 5 approved with 24 votes in favor (PP+VOX+PSOE) and 1 Abstention (IU). Points 4, 6 approved and a modification of the addition presented by VOX with 15 votes in favor (PP+VOX), 9 against (PSOE), and 1 abstention (IU).
15. The Socialist municipal group motion in defense of the Tajo-Segura transfer and the primary sector of Lorca. Rejected with 14 votes against (PP+VOX), 9 in favor (PSOE), and 1 abstention (IU).
16. The Socialist municipal group motion for the LGTBIQ+ group and against Lgtbiphobia. Rejected with 15 votes against (PP+VOX) and 10 in favor (PSOE+IU).
17. The Vox Municipal Group motion for the preparation and implementation of a priority care database for vulnerable people in critical situations, emergencies, and disasters in the municipality of Lorca. Approved unanimously.
18. The Vox Municipal Group motion for the installation of sound screens on the A-7 road at the height of Portanía from Hoya and requests that the maintenance work on this route be done at night. Point 1 approved unanimously, point 2 with 15 votes in favor (PP+VOX) and 9 against (PSOE+IU), and points 3 and 4 with 23 votes in favor (PP+VOX+PSOE) and 1 abstention (IU).
19. The Unida-verdes + Podemos + AV Municipal Group motion for the Zarzadilla Aqueduct of Totana-Lorca. Rejected with 15 votes against (PP+VOX) and 10 in favor (PSOE+IU).
20. The Unity of the Municipal Group + Podemos + AV motion on languages, the conclusion of Dezari, land uses, with harmful effects on floods and possible usurpation of public heritage elements. Rejected with 15 votes against (PP+VOX) and 10 in favor (PSOE+IU).
21. Izquierda Unida-Vedes + Podemos + AV on inequality in Lorca Capility and Play Places. Rejected with 15 votes against (PP+VOX) and 10 in favor (PSOE+IU).
22. The common emergency motion of the popular, socialist, and Vox municipal groups regarding the recognition of agriculture and animals. Approved unanimously.
23. The emergency motion of the Vox Municipal Group to normalize the regular bus service Renfe and ensure the economic balance of the Lorca bus station. Approved unanimously. The motion was approved with 14 votes in favor (PP+VOX) and 10 against (PSOE+IU).
24. The emergency motion of the Socialist municipal group, so that the Ministry of Education immediately rectifies a provisional procedure that allows the judgment of honor without taking into account the religion grade. The emergency motion was rejected with 15 votes against (PP+VOX) and 10 in favor (PSOE+IU).
