The president of the regional government, Fernando López Miras, described as «serious» the fact that the judge in the «Begoña Gómez» case requested an investigation of the Minister of Presidency, Justice, and Relations with Courts, Félix Bolaños.
López Miras responded in this manner when asked by the media about the motivated submission sent by Judge Begoña Gómez of the Supreme Court (TS), requesting an investigation of Bolaños for alleged crimes of Delapzduf and false testimony for the employment of government Cristina Álvarez.
In this regard, López Miras showed «respect for judicial resolutions and procedures, as always.» «And, of course, a judge indicating that a minister in Pedro Sánchez’s government is serious,» he said.
While acknowledging that he has not yet read the submission, he emphasized that the situation is «serious» and showed «a lot of respect» for judicial resolutions.
