During this plenary session, proposals to modify betting regulations in the Mercia region and to install electric vehicle charging points were also approved, both with changes by the VOX group.

The ordinary plenary session of the current month took place on Monday, January 27th in the city of Jumilla, where proposals from the government team and motions from municipal groups were discussed.
Firstly, approval was given to the collaboration agreement between the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption, and the 2030 Agenda and the autonomous community in the Mercia region, for the dissemination and implementation of the Segiss application to replace Siuss and its computerized request and information exchange system, SISS. This agreement was approved with votes in favor and abstentions from PP, PSOE, IU-PODOS-AV, and VOX.
Next, the initiation of the files was voted on, including the modification of the administrative contract for cleaning services in municipal buildings and the new contract for Public Construction Services. The former was approved with 11 votes in favor from PP and VOX, and 10 abstentions from PSOE and IU-PODAMOS-AV, while the latter was approved with 10 votes in favor from PP, 10 abstentions from PSOE and VOX, and a vote against from IU-PODOS-AV.
Regarding motions presented by municipal groups, a motion by IU-Podamos-AV to modify betting regulations in the Mercia region for the demarcation of spaces in educational environments was discussed. This motion was modified by the VOX group, initially voted on and approved with votes in favor from PP and VOX, and opposing votes from PSOE and IU-Podamos-AV. Subsequently, the modified motion was also approved with 20 votes in favor and votes against from IU-Podamos-AV.
Subsequently, a motion presented by the Socialist group regarding the installation of charging stations or points for electric vehicles in Jumilla was discussed. In this case, the VOX group proposed a modification to the initial motion, which was approved with votes in favor from PP and VOX, and opposing votes from PSOE and IU-Podamos-AV. After the approval of the replacement change, the initial change was directly reduced.
Finally, a motion presented by the VOX Group concerning alternative proposals to mitigate the economic impact of the garbage tax was discussed and approved with favorable votes from PP and VOX, abstentions from PSOE, and opposing votes from IU-Podamos-AV.
